3. Rates
Product prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding processing and shipping costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.
4. Order
The Customer who wishes to purchase a product must:
- Complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the requested contact details.
- Complete the online order form, providing all the references of the chosen products.
- Validate your order after checking it.
- Make payment under the conditions provided.

Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, recognition of having full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
5. Payment
The price is due upon ordering. Payments will be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the Sollux-led.com website. The Seller guarantees that banking information is secure through the use of encryption systems. The Customer's account will be debited upon order validation.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The risks are borne by the Customer from the moment the products leave the Seller's premises. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three (3) days of delivery.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if they exceed thirty (30) days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the Customer reimbursed.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Reimbursement will be made within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the returned products.
8. Warranty
All products supplied by the Seller are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
9. Liability
The Seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be incurred for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems.
10. Intellectual Property
